Hi, I'm loving the cooler weather before the great heat of the Arizona Summer. I've become accustomed to
the warmer temps. This time of year there are lots of "snowbirds" wintering here that often become full year residents. I think of Arizona as having it all ! Nascar, PIR racing, tennis, great golf courses and 
year round swimming, pro baseball training camps. Theaters throughout the valley. Each collar city has it own theater and musical events throughout the year. One would be hard pressed not to find some interesting activity.
There is a lot of momentum in the Phoenix area market zealous buyers and sellers looking to purchase their true dream home. After all of the ups and downs mayhem etc. this is good to see....getting back to near normal. Which is good for everyone.
